Terms and Conditions
- All service is to be paid in full upon completion.
- The customer's computer may not be repairable. If this is the case, the scheduled service rate will be charged up to the point at which it is determined by the customer and the service technician that the computer is not repairable.
Customer Requirements
- The customer must be an adult (18 years of age and older). If service is performed at our customer's site, the adult must be present during the entire servicing process. If an adult is not present at the scheduled appointment time, services must be rescheduled and the minimum charge for the scheduled service will be charged. Likewise if the adult leaves before the service is complete, the service technician will leave with the adult and charge for the time spent servicing the computer. A future service call can be scheduled to finish.
- The customer must have legally licensed software and drivers for all software and hardware installations.
- All passwords must be typed by the customer or changed after service for security purposes.
- All important data is the customer's responsibility and should be backed up prior to the technician's arrival. The service technician can assist in backup at the scheduled service rate, however Network CPU is not responsible for lost data regardless of the reason.
- If the service is performed at the customer site, the customer must give the service technician immediate and adequate space for servicing the equipment, including surge protected power supply.
